What we collect
When you apply, we collect your name, your address, your phone number, your email address, the job you want, when you can start, your work history, your references, and the answers you give on the form. If you upload a resume or a credential like a TWIC or an MMC, we store that file too. We do not ask for your date of birth, your Social Security number, your driver's license number, your medical history, or what you have been paid before. Every crew job needs a TWIC, so we ask one yes-or-no question: whether any of the offenses that permanently bar a person from holding a TWIC apply to you. We do not ask which one, and we do not ask about any other criminal history.
